European Delivery and Tours


Customers taking delivery of their Mercedes-Benz, as well as visitors to our factory in Sindelfingen, Germany, are invited to participate in a one and a half hour guided plant tour. Individuals can join in one of these tours without previous notice, but for groups of more than six people, please make an appointment.

DELIVERY TIMES:
Cars may be picked up from the Delivery Centre 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, except on statutory holidays in Germany.

FACTORY TOUR TIMES:
The tours are conducted Monday through Friday, except on German legal holidays. Morning tours are reserved for customers with cars to pickup and begin: 8:15 AM, 9:15 AM, 9:45 AM, 10:15 AM and 11:45 AM.
-Afternoon tours begin: 12:15 PM, 1:45 PM and the last tour at 2:15 PM.
-English-speaking tours: 8:30 AM, 10 and 11:15 AM and 12:30 and 1:50 PM.

MUSEUM TOURS:
The Mercedes-Benz Museum is located in Stuttgart-Untertürkheim and is open to the public every day from 9 AM to 5 PM, except Mondays and statutory holidays in Germany. A film presentation and tour of the Museum take about one and a half hours. For groups of ten or more, advance reservations are required. Call (0711) 17-22578.
